How it works — everyone submits ideas silently during the timer. When time's up, all ideas reveal at once. Then group and vote on the best ones.

How to use

Set a topic, timer, and dot count
Enter a question or prompt (e.g. "What's slowing us down?"), pick a duration (2–10 min), and choose how many votes each person gets.

Submit ideas silently
Everyone types their ideas during the countdown. Ideas are hidden from others until time is up — this prevents groupthink.

Reveal & read
When the timer ends (or you click "Reveal now"), all ideas appear simultaneously. Read through them together.

Create groups & cluster
Add group labels (e.g. "Process", "Tech", "People") in the box at the bottom. Use the Group dropdown on each card to assign it.

Vote on the best ideas
Click "Start voting" — each person taps "+1" on their favourite ideas until their dot budget runs out. Ideas sort by votes.

Export results
Click the download icon to export the ranked, grouped board as JSON for use in action-item tracking or future retros.

Tip: Use the 5-minute timer for a quick retro input session — the simultaneous reveal alone produces 40% more unique ideas than open discussion.
